Residents will be provided with a series of laundry units, access to several study spaces, and communal student lounges found on each floor level.

The $30 million residence hall was designed to illuminate each student space with an abundance of natural light creating a positive study environment for students to use for hours. The main floor consists of a spacious lobby, a game room, snack bar, and classroom. A ballroom was incorporated to provide the university and dormitory with space for events, group activities, and meetings. Moody Nolan and Chasm Architecture teamed on this new student residence.
