Project Complexities & Solutions

Recognizing the growth of the Marysville region, along with the transition from agricultural to a more suburban-like setting, Moody Nolan and Memorial worked to create a connected campus that reflects the level of care expected from a large urban facility while celebrating their local community.

The location for the inpatient building was chosen as one that was already familiar to the community due to the existing Community Health Center which simplified site circulation and visitor experience. The master plan identified the optimal location for new buildings, central energy requirements and enabling projects for many other site amenities tied to the adjacent city park and the neighboring healthcare-related enterprises.
