Beta Theta Pi Chapter House
Working closely with the Alumni Association, Moody Nolan led the project through a lengthy zoning variance process, ultimately achieving unanimous approval of eight variances to allow the project to move forward.

Moody Nolan was commissioned to provide complete demolition of the existing Theta Delta of Beta Theta Pi chapter house and construct a new house on the same site at The Ohio State University. The new building, a three-story, 50-bed Georgian style house opened in August 2017. In addition to assisting with the approval processes, Moody Nolan developed early exterior and interior images as well as rendered floor plans to support the fundraising efforts for the capital campaign.
