Project Description

The South Campus Gateway serves as a new front door image for The Ohio State University in what was once a rundown, deteriorating district. Moody Nolan served as the Associate Architect to Elkus Manfredi, and worked with developer Jones Lang LaSalle to transforms High and Eleventh Streets and create a social hub for students with entertainment, retail and housing.

Design Features

The 400,000 sq. ft. development creates a complementary mix of amenities that includes street level retail, restaurants, an eight-screen movie theater, 180 residential housing units, a campus bookstore, university services/offices and parking.

In addition, Moody Nolan’s Interior Design Studio worked with Campus Partners, to provide architecture and design services for several tenant build-outs.
