Designed to enhance employee well-being, boost internal collaboration, and foster innovation, the facility consolidates all manufacturing and sales operations within an open work environment that supports and showcases Midmark’s medical, dental, and veterinary equipment manufacturing innovations.
At the center of the expansion stands a state-of-the-art customer experience and technology center designed to encourage idea-sharing among internal teams and external industry professionals. The experience center invites customers to learn and evaluate Midmark’s clinical products in a comfortable environment medically conducive to their industry specific needs.
Maximizing Operational Efficiency
Visual connections between offices and labs foster interdisciplinary collaboration among various departments, nurturing a shared workplace culture. Labs, prototyping shops, collaboration spaces, and employee amenities are seamlessly interconnected to facilitate integrated product research and development that supports Midmark’s mission of advancing clinical innovation for patients and caregivers.
Midmark team members can swiftly transition between workspaces throughout the product development stages with minimal disruption. Similarly, all workspace layouts are flexible and adaptable to accommodate the daily transition between focused work, meetings, collaborative development, and future growth.
The expanded footprint offers a range of wellness opportunities to support employees’ physical, mental, and personal growth. On the ground floor, a wellness center features individual and group fitness options, massage therapy, and employee medical testing when available.
