Avondale Health Clinic Tenant Build Out

Project Description

One of the revitalization projects in the heart of the Avondale Neighborhood is the renewal of the old Avondale Towne Center (now named the New Avondale Center). This development consists of two new-builds and one renovated building. The two new-builds, named the South Building and North Buildings, are three and four-story buildings, respectively. These are market rate and subsidized residential apartments with first floor retail spaces. The renovated building, called the West Building, will contain retail spaces only. UC Health determined that the New Avondale Center North Building was a desirable location to partner with the Cincinnati Health Department to continue their mission to reach the underserved population.
