The 30-unit apartment community is located in Columbus’ Near East Side neighborhood, providing fully-furnished studio units house former foster youth who are pursuing full-time degrees at nearby universities.
The Scholar House allows these young adults to further their education while living in a safe, stable environment—preventing homelessness for this vulnerable population.
Community Connection
Amenity-rich programming includes a community gathering space with kitchen, fitness room, study space and outdoor patio. Offices for on-site services, such as counseling, financial literacy and tutoring are available for residents. The program spaces are intended to foster a community culture of accountability and connection.
