Walk-up townhomes enhance the pedestrian experience and create a sense of place, with architectural details that speak to the historic charm of the area.
The development boasts 92 one and two-bedroom units and townhomes, onsite parking, a pet grooming station, fitness spaces and a rooftop terrace featuring views of the Columbus skyline and the nearby Topiary Park.
Greenspace with a Story
The new development pays homage to the historic Topiary Garden Park, which dates back to the early 19th century when it was a dormitory and campus for the adjacent Deaf School. The idea for the topiary garden was conceived and sculpted by Columbus artist James T. Mason and his wife Elaine.
In the years since its creation, the Topiary Garden has appeared in a multitude of magazines, periodicals, books, and documentaries including Life, National Geographic, and The Wall Street Journal.
