The new campus is designed to enhance productivity, bolster employee culture, and foster collaborative creation. The robust campus positions OhioHealth as an employer of choice for current and future talent, with a space that houses 1,630 employees.
Connected to Place
The site is a pastoral retreat, featuring the densely wooded Olentangy Riverbed to the left, and a developed neighborhood with community connections to the right. The two worlds come together where the building stands, creating the design metaphor that plays out in the siting of the building and experiential design within.
Amenities are designed to attract talent and include working café, fitness center and an innovation center. All spaces are transparent to the outside environment, optimizing views of nature.
