As Higher Education Practice Leader, Jenn brings a national expertise in helping colleges and universities transform the student experience through thoughtful planning, engagement, and design. Her work spans student unions, campus centers, recreation and wellness centers, and athletics facilities—creating environments that position institutions for long-term success.

Jenn is known for leading institutions through moments of change, aligning diverse stakeholders around a shared vision, and translating complex challenges into practical, high-impact solutions. Her portfolio includes transformational projects for institutions such as Michigan State University, Penn State University, Morehouse College, Morgan State University, and Jacksonville State University.

Beyond project work, Jenn is a recognized thought leader and advocate for the profession. She received the 2022 AIA Young Architects Award and presents nationally on collegiate design work. As the first African American President of AIA Columbus, while her service on the Columbus Downtown Commission reflects her ongoing commitment to strengthening communities through design.
