Situated in a thriving metropolitan suburb, the new residence hall is the first one on Northern Kentucky University’s campus in over 17 years.
Occupied only by first-year students, the building responds to the university’s desire to cultivate a strong residential community.
Housing nearly 300 students, the modern five-story structure features an outdoor plaza and green space to foster social connection. The facility incorporates sustainable design strategies that alleviate high energy and water costs.
