The project will include nearly three acres of new, publicly accessible open space, including a 1.4-acre Greenway, programmed to create an active and vibrant environment. The project contains affordable and market-rate residential, office, lab, hotel, conference center, restaurant, and retail use, along with over nearly three acres of publicly accessible open space.
