Onsite services and amenities address the specific needs and health disparities of the community, including a community farm, WIC programs, food pantry, nutrition counseling, an education center, family counseling, dental care, imaging suite, pharmacy, clinic space, retail and cafe space. The second floor is planned for primary care and specialty care medical clinics, and rooftop gardens.
The new two story medical clinic building will provide a space for healing, gathering, and community connection. Sitting on approximately 13.5 acres, the 95,000 sq. ft. community health center is positioned on a highly visible and accessible corner of the site with a close direct connection to public transportation.
This location engages the community and adjacent development in order to create a neighborhood campus. The facility site placement thoughtfully connects the building, landscape, and community with a welcoming gesture, creating a sense of belonging to the community.
