Onsite services and amenities address the specific needs and health disparities of the community, including a community farm, WIC programs, food pantry, nutrition counseling, an education center, family counseling, dental care, imaging suite, pharmacy, clinic space, retail and cafe space.
This location engages the community and adjacent development in order to create a neighborhood campus. The facility site placement thoughtfully connects the building, landscape, and community with a welcoming gesture, creating a sense of belonging to the community.
