Earl is passionate about challenging the relationship between man-made structures and the surrounding environment. He takes pride in the ability to design and develop innovative infrastructures, while considering functional, economic and ecological needs.
As Principal and Director of Experiential Design, Earl understands the finite details of design and technology as it relates to the built environment. His appreciation for conveying brand identity and the value of signage and wayfinding is evident in his attention to detail and exceptional design solutions. Earl has helped develop everything from comprehensive signage guidelines and master plans to concepts in a design-build format and main identity signage. He is a leader of interdisciplinary projects in the fields of urban planning, landscape architecture, corporate identity, and structural architecture.
Earl holds a BFA in Industrial and Product Design from Columbus College of Art and Design and sits on the board of trustees for Ohio Air and Space.
