    Moody Nolan, as Associate Architect to Perkins Eastman, teamed to modernized the former Shaw Junior High School to now house Benjamin Banneker Academic High School. The high school houses grade 9 through grade 12 and is one of DCPS’ International Baccalaureate (IB) Diploma Program sites. With the modernization of the former junior high school, the school can now accommodate an enrollment of 800 students by 2025.

    The Friedman Wrestling Center, completed in 2002, is the nation’s only stand-alone facility devoted entirely to collegiate wrestling. Cornell’s wrestling program has won 16 consecutive Ivy League titles and graduated six national champions since 2010. Named for alumnus Stephen Friedman and Trustee Barbara Benioff Friedman, the 16,000 gross sq. ft. building features a 900-seat arena, a student lounge, and locker/training rooms.

    Moody Nolan is an Associate Architect with Elkus Manfredi Architects on the 1055-room, full-service hotel adjacent to the Boston Convention and Exhibit Center (BCEC). Moody Nolan is responsible for the interior architecture and interior design for the project in association with Waldrop Nichols.
