Making urban living accessible.

Designed to foster upward mobility for workforce residents, the building expresses a thoughtful and unique design approach to affordable housing.

Designed to pay homage to the history of its surroundings, the building fits seamlessly within the neighborhood’s architectural language. The intricately detailed façade refers to the historic mansions nearby, seamlessly integrating new and old. The development features 98 units, a mix of studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom units, for residents at 60%, 80% and 100% of Area Median Income (AMI).

Efficiency units offer large windows and sliding doors that enable fresh air, natural light, and views of the adjacent Topiary Park. Thoughtful programmatic spaces enable ample community connection and education for residents.

To offset the small unit footprints, the building offers robust amenity spaces that enable residents to work and socialize without leaving the building. Private phone rooms equipped with Wi-Fi are located on every floor, where residents can take conference calls outside their apartments. Each booth features a pop of color with playful interior finishes, like amenities found in a workplace environment.
