With a name inspired by the history of this vibrant streetcar suburb, Crossline is a six-story building that features 180 thoughtfully designed apartment homes ranging from studios to two-bedroom units and nearly 5,000 square feet of ground-floor commercial space.
Embracing the Warehouse Ambiance
The project’s design inspiration was taken from the older buildings throughout the district to create a compartmentalized warehouse feel yet still leaving plenty of space for outdoor activity. The community features numerous amenities, including an expansive outdoor amenity deck with a pool, a gathering area with fire pits, and grilling stations, as well as a lounge, a fitness center with a yoga studio, dog washing stations, a bike storage and repair room, and secured covered parking.
