The Process

Through numerous interviews, workshops and progress reviews with RCBC, the team successfully crafted the project vision and guiding principles, finalized the program of requirements, and completed the architectural design and planning efforts of the 75,000 sq. ft. facility within a very aggressive design schedule. The following programmatic elements are included within the proposed facility: café and dining concepts, campus bookstore, employment management and student success suite, knowledge commons, placement, testing and tutoring suite, student activity, collaboration and lounge areas as well as a wellness center.
