Design Features

Serving as inspiration for further growth and development in the area, the center brings much-needed social services to the area and houses the South Side Learning and Development Center. Other tenants and partners include the Boys & Girls Clubs of Columbus, Connect Ohio, Godman Guild, Lutheran Social Services, Mid-Ohio Foodbank, St. Stephen’s Community House and more.

The City of Columbus acquired the building as part of an exchange with the Columbus City Schools, and funding for the construction was provided largely through public-private partnerships.
