Poindexter Place

Project Description

Moody Nolan, working with developer McCormack Baron Salazar, designed this new 104-unit apartment community for the Columbus Metropolitan Housing Authority (CMHA). Located in Columbus’ Near East Side neighborhood, the mid-rise facility consists of one-bedroom units (including 48 fully ADA accessible units) for seniors aged 62 or older. The complex planned to foster independent living while allowing the residents to “age in place.”
