Design Features

The project is budgeted for $37 million and will consist predominantly of a new addition and major renovation to several portions of the existing building. The team anticipates demolishing approximately 80% of the existing 108,331 sq. ft. building, and providing a new campus totaling about 143,000 sq. ft.

The Moody Nolan team are leading various community engagement design efforts to ensure consensus building design among the schools’ staff, local community members, district representatives, and other relevant through the design process. Once completed the new K-8 school will feature new classrooms, support areas, collaborative spaces, administration spaces, as well as a gymnasium, cafeteria, auditorium, music and art spaces. Additionally, the site will be reconfigured to support efficient site access and parking, bus lanes, landscaping, outdoor learning spaces, and athletic fields.
