There are four main design goals: sustainability initiatives with access to natural light, flexible space planning, and ergonomic furniture solutions. Sustainability is at the forefront of all design decisions, from the mechanical systems to the materials selected. An open floor plan with centralized support spaces and offices, as well as low height workstations, maximizes access to natural light. Standardized room sizes will allow for ease of future change of personnel, as rooms can easily shift from conference to office space as needed. Ergonomics is also a main criteria required during the FF&E process development.
