Design Features

The one-story, 25,000 sq. ft. facility replaces an outdated and inefficient building that will be demolished after construction is complete. Expected to serve more than 7,000 patients each year, the new facility will house 14 physician practices providing services in internal medicine, radiology, neurology, pediatrics, cardiology, ophthalmology and podiatry.

The design for this facility is an extension of University Hospitals outpatient brand, which Moody Nolan helped to establish, and will serve as a symbol of the Health System’s commitment to the community. Elements such as curved glass, metal panels and placement on the site create a strong visual identity for this facility.
