The approximately 585,000 sq. ft. newly constructed development will create an iconic visual accent at the southern end of the existing Greenway and a signature visual “moment” appropriate to the view of commuters and visitors arriving in Boston.

The proposed passive house residential project, inclusive of approximately 40% affordable and workforce housing rental units, and market-rate units, will become a model of how to achieve mixed-income residential housing in the urban Boston market through creative financing and investment strategies aligning the various sources of funding and capital focused on housing diversity and affordability.
The project has a set goal of achieving LEED Gold status and aggressive compliance with the City of Boston Carbon Free 2050 endeavor.
