As Principal and Director of Risk Management, Steve has an uncanny ability to see the full picture. He has an extensive and diversified background with experience in all phases of the architectural process, from programming to construction administration. Steve brings a unique and valuable perspective, as he has a well-rounded background and knowledge of architecture paired with his masterful skill for business practices. With more than 42 years of experience in the field, Steve has overseen a wide array of projects and has substantial expertise in identifying risk and strategically guiding projects to success. Steve is an active leader within the firm and in his field. He is a member of AIA National, where he sits on the Contact Document Committee, as well as the Design Professionals Risk Control Group, where he sits on the board of directors and holds a chair on the Risk Management Committee.
