As Associate Principal and Director of Business Development, Karen leads with a unique approach to business development, an always fresh perspective, and more than 30 years of experience in the market. She is an active participant of the Society of Marketing Professional Services (SMPS). She has served as President of the SMPS Columbus chapter, co-chair of programs for the Heartland Regional conference, and on several national committees. Karen is proud to be a Certified Professional Services Marketer (CPSM) and was elevated to Fellow in 2009. She holds a Bachelor of Arts concentrating in Public Relations from The Ohio State University.
