As Principal and Design Leader, Jodi’s empathetic and inclusive leadership style has fostered a culture of positive change through design. She is passionate about the transformative power of culturally-informed, high-performance design and its impact on health and wellbeing. Her commitment to diversity and inclusivity in the profession is unwavering, and she actively participates in mentorship and pipeline initiatives to broaden access and opportunity.
Her work has been recognized with numerous awards and honors, including the prestigious AIA Ohio Mentor Award, the Sho-Ping Chin Grant, and the distinction of being the third woman and first mother to serve as president of AIA Cleveland. Jodi is certified in interior design and is an accredited professional for both LEED and WELL high-performance rating platforms. She is also a Fitwel Ambassador and co-founded AIA Cleveland’s Women in Architecture Committee and Cleveland Connect, the chapter’s mentorship program. Jodi holds her Bachelor of Architecture degree from Iowa State University and carries influence from her time studying abroad in Italy.
