Next Phase In Roosevelt Square Project Approved

Block Club Chicago reports Chicago City Council approved the next phase of the Roosevelt Square Project. This project is set to contain three new mid-rise buildings with 207 total units and the rehabilitation of an existing building to be the home of the National Public Housing Museum and 15 residential units. The market-rate, affordable, and CHA unit mix will include studios along with one-, two- and three-bedrooms.
