Moody Nolan designed this structure as a speculative office building for a developer client, The Daimler Group. When completed the entire structure was leased to The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center to serve as an outpatient clinic and surgery center. Though not originally intended as a medical office building, the high visibility site was perfect for the University’s new Eye & Ear Institute, and the building required only minimal modifications to serve this purpose. Moody Nolan was commissioned to do the interior fit out, which also included the addition of an ambulance entry and a minor expansion of the footprint to accommodate ground floor operating rooms.
