Leave a CommentMoody Nolan led the renovation and addition of this historic structure which served as the former Toledo Ohio Central Train Depot. Significant historic features of the of th existing 9,500 sq. ft. structure include a barrel vaulted passenger waiting room, will was retained and enhanced. A non-original building directly east of the station was demolished to allow for the site to be developed similar to its original layout and to make way for a a one-story 4,800 sq. ft. addition. In trying to reinstate the layout, the original porte cochere on the east side of the building was reconstructed, restoring the exterior to its original appearance.
