    The Recreation and Wellness Center will serve as a catalyst to connect the lower portions of campus with the upper portions on the hilltop, eliminating the perceived divide between the two regions. Replacing the O’Hara Garage and Learning Research and Development (LRDC), the Recreation and Wellness Center integrates recreation, fitness, student life and academic spaces.

    Recognizing the growth of the Marysville region, along with the transition from agricultural to a more suburban-like setting, Moody Nolan and Memorial worked to create a connected campus that reflects the level of care expected from a large urban facility while celebrating their local community. The 60-bed inpatient tower and freestanding ambulatory pavilion is centered around creating a new and enhanced, patient-focused care environment.

    The Atlanta Fulton Central Library renovation elevates a 1980’s brutalist structure into a modern library for the 21st century. The building is LEED Gold certified and incorporates sustainable features that enhance building performance and promote human health.

     

  4. High School Addition

    This private school has finalized the final footprint of the high school. It is projected that 360 students will be enrolled in the updated 9-12 high school. The addition has been designed for five-year enrollment growth to 475.
