The Mall at Tuttle Crossing

Project Description

Moody Nolan was the Architect of Record for the enclosed mall and related areas for this 950,000 sq. ft. two-story, upscale shopping mall. Included on the site are four department stores creating an additional 500,000 sq. ft. The Mall was developed by a joint venture of Taubman Centers and The Georgetown Company and opened on July 11, 1997. Anchor stores included in the mall are Sears, Macy’s and JCPenney, and is supported by numerous specialty clothiers. The mall itself anchors an economically strong and growing area of office complexes, restaurants, apartments and condominiums surrounding the interchange of I-270 and Tuttle Crossing Boulevard.
