Shepard Branch Library

Project Description

Moody Nolan was commissioned to design a new 10,000 sq. ft. branch library in the northeast side of Columbus, Ohio. Formerly the smallest of the branch libraries at 6,000 sq. ft. there was a need to create a larger more accessible community library and fit the various program spaces into a small footprint. The program spaces include more public computers, a larger Homework Help Center, a dedicated Ready for Kindergarten area, larger community gathering space and additional parking.
