Omni Boston Hotel at the Seaport

Project Description

Moody Nolan, working in collaboration with Elkus Manfredi Architects as part of a developer/design-build team, was selected to build the new 1,055-room, full-service hotel directly across from the Boston Convention and Exhibit Center (BCEC). Elkus Manfredi designed the core and shell of the project, while Moody Nolan is the interior architect. Ground was recently broken for this hotel and fast track construction is underway. Included in the design are all the public spaces, meeting and ballrooms and food and beverage outlets associated with full-service, convention center hotels. The project is located within the South Boston Waterfront District directly opposite the BCEC.

Moody Nolan has worked to proactively solve any design/construction issues to continue forward movement on the project. Our team has successfully executed the project within budget and schedule.
