New Residence Hall
The goal of the design is to encourage interaction among students to enhance the sense of community felt by students, increasing enrollment and retention.

Moody Nolan is serving as Architect of Record, and shell and core designer for this new 300 bed residence hall at Northern Kentucky University. This new residence hall provides traditional style with double bedrooms, but with private shower/restrooms and also semi-suite rooms to provide diversity in housing options. The facility also includes study rooms and lounges, a laundry facility, a community kitchen, and an apartment for the resident director. Moody Nolan has teamed with Lord Aeck Sargent to provide student life programming and interior architecture.
