Parker Hannifin Downtown YMCA

Moody Nolan designed the new downtown, flagship branch for the Greater YMCA of Cleveland.  The new 39,000 sq. ft. state-of-the-art facility is housed on two levels within the southeast section of the Galleria at Erieview.  The presence of the Y within the Galleria further activates the space and a wellness amenity was an important piece of the puzzle to bring a more mixed-use, live-work-play feel to the downtown neighborhood.  The elegant, spa-like facility features an aquatics suite, including a three-lane lap pool, spa, sauna, massage therapy and express changing rooms for busy professionals.  The facility includes a vast two-level fitness floor flooded with natural daylight and a myriad of views.  Programming also includes personal training, cycling, hot yoga and a variety of group exercise classes.
